Outdoor Burning: OPEN
-Burn permits are available here
-Always call the hotline number on your permit prior to burning to check for emergency closures.
-You can also pick up a permit at our office.

Fall weather has arrived - It is getting colder and wetter outside. Before starting up the wood stoves and fire places please make sure to have them cleaned. This picture is looking down the stove pipe from a chimney fire we responded to.
Outdoor burning - Outdoor debris burning has opened back up. Remember that it is illegal to burn garbage. Burning things like plastics, particle board and tires releases toxic smoke into the air and has harmful effects on you and your neighbors. Please do the right thing by disposing of trash correctly.

If you are unsure about what can be burned, take a look at your burn permit. If you still have questions, contact us.
