Burn Permit

Burn permits are issued through the Clark County Fire Marshal’s Office. Burning is restricted from July 15th to September 30th each year.


  • Permits can be rescinded at any time due to weather conditions, so please call the number listed on the burn permit prior to burning

  • A permit is required to be on the premises where open burning occurs.

  • Burning in a barrel is no longer legal.
