Clark County Fire District 10 provides EMS and Fire/Rescue services to the residents of northern Clark County. 

Big Hallow Fire - There is a fire East of Amboy in the Gifford Pinochot National Forest. Currently there are level 1 evacuation notices for areas in Chelatchie Prairie, East Amboy, Yacolt, Yale and Northwoods. No mandatory evacuations are present at this time. For current evacuation information look on the Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency page at http://cresa911.org While there, sign up for emergency notifications. The fire growth has slowed down significantly and fire crews are working on containment. Fire behavior has been abnormally high this year. There is a spike camp at Amboy Territorial Days park. The crews are well taken care of and appreciate all of the community support they have been getting. Due to Covid-19, donations cannot be accepted. Night shift crews are sleeping in camp during the day. Waiving, signs and smiles are appreciate, please no honking horns.

Please take this time to look at you house and ask these questions

-Can fire trucks get down my driveway?
-Are there dead and dry materials on my roof and in my gutters?
-Is there low hanging tree branches touching my house?
-Do we have wood piles stacked against the house?
-Is my lawn mowed near the house/shop/outbuildings?
-Is my house address posted at the end of my driveway?
